SIT Welcomes Faculty Members and Students from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM)

     School of Information Technology, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi’s  (SIT KMUTT) hosted a delegation of 40 faculty members and students from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) on September 25, 2024. The visit aimed to showcase SIT KMUTT’s teaching methodologies, learning environments, and resources, and to strengthen ties between the two institutions.

     The Dean of the School  of Information Technology, Asst. Prof. Dr. Narongrit Waraporn, welcomed the UTM delegation warmly. Asst. Prof. Dr. Chonlameth Arpnikanondt, Associate Dean for Internationalization, guided the visitors through the faculty’s advanced learning facilities, including laboratories, classrooms, and digital-age research facilities. Assoc. Prof.Dr. Vajirasak Vanijja, Senior Associate Dean for Research and Academic Service, demonstrated the faculty’s innovative Hybrid Classroom system, which seamlessly blends online and offline learning. He also highlighted the faculty’s latest research projects to inspire UTM students. The visit provided a valuable venue for knowledge sharing and experience exchange between students and faculty from both institutions, fostering collaborative research and the development of innovative solutions.
