SIT KMUTT ต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหาร YUCM (ประเทศจีน) เดินหน้าความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ ยกระดับหลักสูตรไอทีสู่สากล

มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี (มจธ.) นำโดย คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (SIT) เปิดบ้านต้อนรับคณะผู้แทนระดับสูง จาก Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine: YUCM สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ในโอกาสเดินทางเยือน มจธ. อย่างเป็นทางการ เมื่อวันที่ 25 มิถุนายน 2569 ที่ผ่านมา ณ อาคารสำนักงานอธิการบดี และอาคารการเรียนรู้พหุวิทยาการ (LX) มจธ. บางมด เพื่อกระชับความสัมพันธ์ และเตรียมความพร้อมขั้นสุดท้ายก่อนเปิดการเรียนการสอนในหลักสูตรร่วมสองปริญญา

การเดินทางมาเยือนในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อกระชับความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างสองสถาบันอย่างต่อเนื่อง หลังจากที่คณะผู้แทนจาก มจธ. นำโดย รศ. ดร.สุวิทย์ แซ่เตีย อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี ได้เดินทางไปเยี่ยมชมและลงนามในบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (MoU) ณ YUCM สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน เป็นที่เรียบร้อยก่อนหน้านี้ ควบคู่ไปกับการเข้าเยี่ยมชมคณะ SIT และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก (Facilities) ต่าง ๆ เพื่อสำรวจความพร้อมในการจัดการเรียนการสอนในหลักสูตรสองปริญญา (Double Degree) ที่ทั้งสองสถาบันได้ร่วมกันพัฒนาขึ้น

สำหรับการต้อนรับ ณ ห้องประชุม AD907 อาคารสำนักงานอธิการบดี ได้รับเกียรติจาก รศ. ดร.สยาม เจริญเสียง รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิชาการ มจธ. พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย ร่วมให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้แทนจาก YUCM ซึ่งนำโดย Prof. Yu Jie รองอธิการบดี โดยการประชุมครั้งนี้ยังได้รับเกียรติจากผู้แทนจาก Pioneer International Education Inc. ประเทศแคนาดา เข้าร่วมสังเกตการณ์และสนับสนุนการขับเคลื่อนกระบวนการทำงานในขั้นตอนสุดท้ายนี้ด้วย โดยทั้งสองสถาบันได้หารือร่วมกันอย่างใกล้ชิดในรายละเอียดเชิงลึก เช่น ระบบการรับสมัครและการลงทะเบียนของนักศึกษา การบริหารจัดการแนวทางการรับเข้าศึกษา ตลอดจนแนวคิดการพัฒนาโปรแกรมแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษาที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต

หลังเสร็จสิ้นการประชุมและมอบของที่ระลึก ผศ. ดร.ณรงค์ฤทธิ์ วราภรณ์ คณบดี SIT และ ผศ. ดร.ชลเมธ อาปณิกานนท์ รองคณบดีด้านพัฒนาความเป็นสากล ได้นำคณะผู้แทนจาก YUCM เข้าเยี่ยมชมอาคารการเรียนรู้พหุวิทยาการ (LX) และพื้นที่จัดการเรียนการสอนของคณะ SIT เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพ ความพร้อมด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้นวัตกรรม และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ทันสมัยระดับสากลของ มจธ. ที่พร้อมรองรับนักศึกษาในหลักสูตรนี้อย่างเต็มรูปแบบ

การมาเยือนของ Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine: YUCM ในครั้งนี้ เป็นเครื่องยืนยันถึงความสำเร็จ และความคืบหน้าอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมของหลักสูตร Double Degree ความร่วมมือที่ใกล้ชิดระหว่างสองสถาบันไม่เพียงแต่แสดงถึงความพร้อมในการเปิดหลักสูตร แต่ยังสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะ SIT มจธ. ในการยกระดับมาตรฐานการศึกษาสู่ระดับสากล และพร้อมเป็นศูนย์กลางการผลิตบุคลากรชั้นนำในอุตสาหกรรมเทคโนโลยี

SIT KMUTT Welcomes YUCM Executives from China, Advancing Academic Collaboration to Elevate IT Programs Internationally

King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), led by the School of Information Technology (SIT), officially welcomed a high-level executive delegation from Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine (YUCM), People’s Republic of China, on June 25, 2026. Held at the Office of the President and the Learning Exchange (LX) Building at KMUTT Bangmod, the visit aimed to strengthen institutional ties and finalize preparations for the upcoming launch of their joint Double Degree program.

This visit follows a previous milestone where a KMUTT delegation, led by the President, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suvit Saetia, visited YUCM in China to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The recent campus visit served as a critical step to tour SIT’s facilities and evaluate the university’s readiness to support the co-developed Double Degree program.

The official welcoming ceremony at the AD907 meeting room, Office of the President, was hosted by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Siam Charoenseang, Vice President for Academic Affairs, alongside university executives. The visiting YUCM delegation was led by Vice President Prof. Yu Jie. Representatives from Pioneer International Education Inc., Canada, also attended as observers to support the final stages of this operational rollout. During the meeting, both institutions engaged in detailed discussions regarding student recruitment, registration systems, admissions management, and future student exchange initiatives.

Following the meeting and a token exchange ceremony, Asst. Prof. Dr. Narongrit Waraporn, Dean of SIT, along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Chonlameth Arpnikanondt, Associate Dean for Internationalization, guided the YUCM delegation on a tour of the Learning Exchange (LX) Building and SIT’s educational spaces. The tour showcased KMUTT’s world-class infrastructure, innovative learning environments, and state-of-the-art facilities fully equipped to support students in this joint program.

The visit by YUCM marks a concrete advancement for the Double Degree program. This close collaboration not only signifies readiness for the program launch but also reflects SIT KMUTT’s commitment to elevating educational standards to an international level, positioning itself as a premier hub for developing top-tier talent for the technology industry.
