Shopee Thailand presents the Graduate Development Program (GDP) and Future Operations Leadership Program (FLP) a 1.5 to 2-year journey designed for passionate final-year students and recent graduates eager to make an impact in e-commerce services.
Through four rotations, participants will gain in-depth exposure to key business functions at Shopee, SPX, Warehouse and Monee, working on high-impact projects while developing leadership and professional skills to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
About the Program

Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline (≤ 2 years of full-time work experience).
Fast learner, resourceful, and proactive.
Strong communicator and aspiring leader.

ประสบการณ์ข้ามสายงาน: หมุนเวียนในหลายหน่วยงานเพื่อเสริมสร้างทั้งทักษะด้านเทคนิคและทักษะที่จำเป็น
การฝึกอบรมครบวงจร: เรียนรู้จากการทำงานจริงและเข้าร่วมหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมที่มีการออกแบบโดยเฉพาะ

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี/โทในทุกสาขา (หรือมีประสบการณ์ทำงานไม่เกิน 2 ปี)
เรียนรู้ได้รวดเร็ว มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และมีความกระตือรือร้น
มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีและมีศักยภาพความเป็นผู้นำ
