บริษัท Shopee Thailand เชิญชวนสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการ Future Operations Leaders Program (FLP) ซึ่งเป็นโอกาสสำคัญสำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการก้าวสู่การเป็นผู้นำในสายงานปฏิบัติการอีคอมเมิร์ซและโลจิสติกส์
สิ่งที่ผู้ผ่านเข้าร่วมโครงการจะได้รับ:
ประสบการณ์จริงแบบ Cross-Functional ผ่านการเปลี่ยนหน้างานทั้ง 4 รอบ ซึ่งครอบคลุมการจัดการคลังสินค้า ศูนย์คัดแยก ศูนย์กระจายสินค้า และเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีมโปรเจกต์
ประสบการณ์ส่วนร่วมในโครงการสำคัญ ตั้งแต่ระดับ Supervisor จนถึง Manager
การดูแลอบรมงานอย่างใกล้ชิดจากหัวหน้างาน เพื่อนร่วมงาน และผู้ดูแลตลอดการทำงาน
โอกาสสร้างผลงานเพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการดำเนินงานของ Shopee, Scommerce และ SPX Express
การหมุนเวียนงาน (Rotations): หมุนเวียนงานในระดับหัวหน้างาน (Supervisor) ถึง ระดับผู้จัดการ (Manager) ในช่วงโปรแกรม 1.5 ปี
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:
สำเร็จ / กำลังจะสำเร็จการศึกษาปริญญาตรี (ทุกสาขา) หรือบัณฑิตที่มีประสบการณ์ทำงานเต็มเวลาไม่เกิน 2 ปี (นับถึงวันที่ 18 ต.ค. 2568)
มีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ แก้ปัญหาเป็นระบบ และพร้อมทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่ท้าทาย
มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมกับทีมที่ดี
เป็นผู้ที่มุ่งมั่นและอยากสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงในวงการอุตสาหกรรมอีคอมเมิร์ซและโลจิสติกส์

Shopee Thailand presents the Future Operations Leaders Program (FLP) a 1.5-year journey designed for passionate final-year students and recent graduates eager to make an impact in the Operations of e-commerce and logistics services.
About the Program / FLP offers:
- Hands-on cross-functional experience through four job rotations covering Warehouse Management, Sorting Center, Distribution Center, and participation in Project Teams.
- Involvement in key projects with responsibilities progressing from Supervisor level up to Manager level.
- Close mentorship and training received from supervisors, colleagues, and mentors throughout the journey.
- Opportunities to create impactful contributions that support and enhance operations across Shopee, SCommerce, and SPX Express.
Rotations: Completed cross-functional job rotations ranging from Supervisor to Manager level during a 1.5-year program
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (any field) graduates or soon-to-be graduates; or candidates with no more than 2 years of full-time work experience (as of October 18, 2025).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a challenging environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passionate, driven, and eager to make an impact in the e-commerce and logistics industry.
