ทุนเพื่อขอรับการยกเว้นค่าหน่วยกิตวิจัยระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา แผน ก.วิทยานิพนธ์ (ภาคการศึกษาที่ 1/2568)

ทุนยกเว้นค่าหน่วยกิต เพื่อสนับสนุนการศึกษาวิจัยของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท ทุกหลักสูตรที่ศึกษาใน แผน ก. โดยมี ทุน 2 ประเภท ได้แก่

1. 1. ทุนยกเว้นหน่วยกิต 3 หน่วยกิต สำหรับนักศึกษาที่ เรียน แผน ก. ในภาคการศึกษาที่ 3 (ปี 2 ภาคการศึกษาที่ 1)
   2. ทุนยกเว้นหน่วยกิต 9 หน่วยกิต สำหรับนักศึกษาที่ เรียน แผน ก. ในภาคการศึกษาที่ 4 (ปี 2 ภาคการศึกษาที่ 2)

รายละเอียด

1. ทุนยกเว้นหน่วยกิต 3 หน่วยกิต

• ทุนให้เปล่าโดยการยกเว้นค่าหน่วยกิตวิทยานิพนธ์จำนวน 3 หน่วยกิต สำหรับการลงทะเบียนครั้งที่ 1 ของนักศึกษาที่ได้เข้าศึกษา แผน ก. วิทยานิพนธ์ในหลักสูตรปริญญาโทของคณะฯ ในกรณีที่นักศึกษาขอทุน (ทุนยกเว้นหน่วยกิต 3 หน่วยกิต) ในภาคการศึกษาที่ 3สามารถขอทุนต่อเนื่องในภาคการศึกษาที่ 4 (ทุนยกเว้นหน่วยกิต 9 หน่วยกิต หรือตามคณะกรรมการพิจารณาเห็นชอบ) เพื่อศึกษาในแผนการศึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์
• ในกรณีที่ นักศึกษาได้รับทุนยกเว้นหน่วยกิตวิทยานิพนธ์ และเปลี่ยนไปศึกษาในแผนการศึกษา ข หรือ workshop แทน ในเทอมที่รับทุน ***นักศึกษาต้องแจ้งคำร้องมาที่คณะฯ เพื่อขอถอนการลงทะเบียนวิทยานิพนธ์ทั้งหมดที่ได้รับทุน และต้องชำระค่าลงทะเบียนเพิ่มสำหรับวิชาที่ลงทะเบียนในแผนการศึกษาใหม่นั้น ***

2. ทุนยกเว้นหน่วยกิต 9 หน่วยกิต

• ทุนให้เปล่าโดยการยกเว้นค่าทุนยกเว้น 9 หน่วยกิต สำหรับนักศึกษาที่ขอรับทุนเพื่อการศึกษาแผน ก. วิทยานิพนธ์ในหลักสูตรปริญญาโทของคณะฯ ในภาคการศึกษาที่ 4 หรือตามคณะกรรมการพิจารณาเห็นชอบ

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัครรับทุน

• ทุนยกเว้นหน่วยกิต 3 หน่วยกิต

1. 1. มีคะแนนสะสมเฉลี่ย (GPA) ไม่น้อยกว่า 3.25
   2. เป็นนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี ที่กำลังจะเริ่ม เรียน แผน ก. ในภาคการศึกษาที่ 3 (ภาคการศึกษา1/2568)
   3. ต้องได้รับการรับรองจากอาจารย์ที่จะเป็นที่ปรึกษางานวิจัยโดยการลงนามในเอกสาร

• ทุนยกเว้นหน่วยกิต 9 หน่วยกิต
  เป็นนักศึกษา ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา แผน ก. ที่สอบผ่านหัวข้อวิทยานิพนธ์ในภาคการศึกษาที่ 3 (ภาคการศึกษา 2/2567) เพื่อขอรับการยกเว้นหน่วยกิตได้เฉพาะภาคการศึกษาที่ 4 (ภาคการศึกษา 1/2568) เท่านั้น

กระบวนการสมัครขอรับทุนยกเว้นค่าหน่วยกิต

กระบวนการสมัครขอรับทุนยกเว้นค่าหน่วยกิตดังนี้

1. 1. นักศึกษายื่นใบสมัครขอรับทุนยกเว้นหน่วยกิต 3 หน่วยกิตตั้งแต่บัดนี้จนถึงวันพุธที่ 14พฤษภาคม 2568 นักศึกษาที่ต้องการขอรับทุน ควรขอคำปรึกษาติดต่ออาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาและหัวข้อวิจัย ภายในเดือนเมษายน 2568
   2. นักศึกษายื่นใบสมัครขอรับทุนยกเว้นหน่วยกิต 9 หน่วยกิตที่ลงนามโดย อ.ที่ปรึกษา ได้ที่คุณปวีณา มงคลพงศ์สิริ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้จนถึงวันอาทิตย์ที่ 25 พฤษภาคม 2568
   3. คณะกรรมการประชุมพิจารณาสัมภาษณ์ผู้ขอทุน วันพุธที่ 28 พฤษภาคม 2568
   4. คณะกรรมการเสนอพิจารจารณาอนุมัติทุน
   5. คณะประกาศรายชื่อผู้ได้รับอนุมัติทุนวันที่ 6 มิถุนายน 2568 หรือจนกว่าได้รับการอนุมัติจาก มจธ.

Scholarships for Thesis Credit Fees Exemption for Master’s Students in Plan A (Semester 1/2025)

The scholarship for thesis credit fees exemption is aimed at supporting the research studies of Master’s degree students in all programs under Plan A. There are two types of scholarships:

1. A scholarship for exemption of 3 thesis credit fees for students studying Plan A in the 3^rd semester (2^nd year, 1^st semester)
2. A scholarship for exemption of 9 thesis credit fees for students studying Plan A in the 4^th semester (2^nd year, 2^nd semester)

Details

A: 3 Thesis Credit Fees Exemption

• A scholarship for the exemption of 3 thesis credit fees is granted to students who enroll for the first time in Plan A: Thesis in the Master’s program of the School of Information Technology Students who receive this scholarship in the 3^rd semester may apply for an extension in the 4^th semester for a 9 thesis credit fees exemption, or as approved by the committee, to continue their studies in the thesis program.
• If a student who has received a thesis credit fees exemption decides to switch to another study plan or Workshop during the semester, the student must submit a request to the School of Information Technology to withdraw from all thesis registrations covered by the scholarship. Additionally, the student will be required to pay any additional registration fees for the courses in the new study plan.

B: 9 Thesis Credit Fees Exemption

A scholarship for the exemption of 9 thesis credit fees is granted to students who apply for the scholarship to study Plan A: Thesis in the Master’s program of the School of Information Technology in the 4^th semester, or as approved by the committee.

Qualifications of Scholarship Applicants:

For the 3 Thesis Credit Fees Exemption

1. 1. Obtain a GPA. not less than 3.25.
   2. A master’s degree student at the School of Information Technology, KMUTT, beginning Plan A in the 3rd semester (Semester 1/2025)
   3. The student must obtain endorsement from the SIT’s advisor, as confirmed by the advisor’s signature on the application form.

For the 9 Thesis Credit Fees Exemption

    The student must be enrolled in the Master’s program under Plan A and have passed the thesis topic in the 3^rd semester (Semester 2/2024) in order to apply for the thesis credit fees exemption in the 4^th semester (Semester 1/2025).

Scholarship Consideration Process

1. 1. Applications for the 3 thesis credit fees exemption must be submitted by Wednesday, May 14, 2025 **Students applying for this scholarship should consult with their research advisor and finalize their research topic by April 2025**.
   2. Applications for the 9 thesis credit fee exemption (signed by the advisor) must be submitted by Sunday, May 25, 2
   3. The selection committee will conduct interviews with scholarship applicants on Wednesday, May 28, 2
   4. The committee recommends the dean’s approval of the scholarship.
   5. The list of scholarship recipients will be announced on June 6, 2025, or until approved by KMUTT.
