Pandemic control measures and cleanliness
In order to assure that the service areas are appropriately managed in accordance to COVID pandemic public health measures, SIT requires all students to follow these procedures
1 . Students must complete the COVID-19 risk questionnaire as stated in the announcement on procedures for on campus study during the pandemic from 15 February 2021 onwards.
2. Students MUST check-in and check-out of service areas using the Thai Chana application by scanning the QR-code for each room. By checking and in and out of each area, this allows the occupant density in each area to be monitored. You can then check the occupancy in each area by searching for the room names (see Section A) in the ThaiChana application, such as
SIT Computer Lab1, SIT CB2302, SIT CB23073. The rooms will be sanitized every two hours on a stagged schedule. This will take approximately 20 minutes per room. For the rooms to be efficiently and effectively cleaned, students are REQUIRED to leave the rooms during cleaning. Please take your valuable belongings with you.
4. In order to maintain the appropriate public health environment for everyone, please follow the rules above. In particular, the number of occupants for each room as stated in section A must be strictly adhered to. If there are too many people in the rooms, the security guard is authorized to issue a warning. If the number occupants continue to exceed the appropriate limit, SIT reserves the rights to close the room for the day.
5. These service rooms are shared spaces that all students have access to use. So please be generous for other students to use.
